I purchased a Necklace and a Locket back in august 2010 according to the manager at this location. I honestly dont remember when it was bought because i have had to exchange the necklace 3 times already. Upon the 3rd time exchanging it they didnt have the exact necklace i had and suggested a thinner necklace so i had my wife with me since it was her necklace and her call if she should take the thinner necklace. She said she would take it I was never given a new receipt and had no idea there was a difference in the necklace because my receipt did say 20 inch so i thought everything was ok. Boy was i wrong I went to this location April 6th which is a Wednesday. The lady that was there said she couldnt exchange the necklace but would exhange the locket since it was turning green. She exchanged the locket and even though she already said she couldnt exchange it she spent about 20 minutes sitting on the floor lookin in the cabinet thats located in the back of the jewelry where apparently they keep other jewelry with my necklace in her hand. If she already stated she wasnt gonna be able to exchange it why have me standing there for 20 minutes while you sit on the floor with my necklace. She then proceeds to give her manager a phone call. The manager tells her to come back tomorrow between 10am and 6pm i arrived today Thursday April 7th at 5:40pm because i had no way to get there since i used the last of my money on the bust to go here the day before and had to wait for someone to get home to drive me to this location. I show the manager my reciept and i show her the necklace and immediately she started getting nasty with me and i felt offended and she would use her hands and do symbols and stuff like that with her hands like if im retarded and not comprehending. If i wasnt given the right receipt or if the cashier that was there rung up the wrong necklace im not at fault i dont know the difference in necklaces im a customer. She had no right especially as a manager to treat me the way she did it was uncalled for. I am constantly buying stuff from pagoda and to be treated like that is totally uncalled for. All i wanted was what was promised to me with the warranty and that was an exchange if a mistake was made i shouldnt be penalized. She knows its her necklace because there the only ones that sell very thin necklaces and the receipt says how many inches it is. Again if the inches match regardless of whatever it says on the receipt it shouldnt be a problem since i dont know what the difference is. All i wanted was an exchange i didnt want my money back i just wanted my warranty granted as it was the first 2 times. If they can exchange the locket that was on the same receipt why couldnt they change the necklace is beyond me. Im very upset with how i was treated and I hope this company one day goes out of business for treating there customers the way they do
