This individual purchased hardware for computer use, and as he was unable to connect the unit to a computer running the appropriate software, he requested a refund, providing vicious & misinforming information, so that a business was deemed unsuitable to continue listings an on-line store website.
This individual is a thief who knowingly and fraudulently purchased an item, then alleges it is not functioning. It is obvious that he has no knowledge of the operating system required for vintage hardware, nor is he apparently sufficiently intelligent enough to read a manual to become educated as to its operation and/or use.
A review of his internet business supports the contention of fraud, misrepresentation & theft.

Cathy Reid Ebay Seller ID Creid5, No Longer Registered User, shut down by Ebay Inc due to Fraud. Ths individual sold a used SYQUEST external 230MB ZIP tape drive - W95 SCSI w/power supply item # 221692677763, for $32.00.The item arrived with no power supply.
This individual was contacted through ebay forum to notify that the power supply was not there and the response was that, item is sold as is. Also in the email was a barage of nasty comments, that we are all stupid and need to learn how to read manuals, mind you there was no manuals in the auction, none was needed, just the the power supply would do.
Therefore, claims that I am unable to run the software is False and misinforming. Yet again misleading buyers by not describing accurately what is in the auction.
Ebay took over the Claim and paid for return shipping, the item was shipped to Cathy Reid via Ebay but the item was returned back to us because no one was at the registered location and basically Refused. Ups Tracking number 1Z2301029092034219.
Ebay claim center was contacted and I was notified that Cathy Reid account was closed and upon checking her Feedback there were several Negative Comments and No Longer Registered User status. Ebay suggested to just hang on to it and they would notify me if the account was reinstated. As of December 15, 2015, the account is still closed. This is happened in June of 2015.
A review of Cathy Reids internet business supports the contention of fraud, misrepresentation & theft, because there are several items she was selling with misleading information and many negative feedbacks.
