 All lies once again.. you mmmay as well light your hindered dollar bills with a match.. there whole website is fake... fake pictures. Fake people. Everything fake.. they prey on the financially uneducated... have them show proof of ever getting some one funded.. they will come back to you with some proprietary bs... Any honest company would want to disclose successful clients and transaction s...not these guys. Because they don't have any refrences.. if they do...they manufactured them... Kiss your money goodbye folks!!

My name is Pierre DeAllfordii. I am the CEO of Hamilton Terrace, LLC. This post was brought to my attention by someone who was interested in doing business with my firm. Had she not told me about this charge, I would not have known about it.

Neither I, nor anyone in my firm, has EVER charged any individual or company an upfront fee to do business, look at a project, or fund a project. NEVER. I have no idea who Steve is, have no idea what company or firm he represents, and advocate that he show proof of the fraud that was supposedly done to him. If he sent money to the firm or myself, as he claims he did, there would be a record of the transfer. It doesn't matter how it was sent. There would be a record, and Steve would have some sort of receipt. I would ask that Steve show this proof.

This accusation is completely untrue, unfair and unjust. I don't feel it's right that somebody go onto a website and ruin the reputation of someone without offering any proof of the accusations they make. According to the information, this report was made on October 15, 2015 and updated on April 15, 2016. My question, among others, would be if I did what I am accused of doing, why would this person continue dealing with my firm or myself for 6 months after they were supposedly ripped off? If we, or me, are thieves, why would you still have dealt with anything I'm involved in?

In addition to the embarrassment of having to respond to this false report, the worse part of this is having people who have never met me or done business with my company assume that I am a scammer and a thief. At the end of every day, all anybody has is their reputation. It doesn't matter how rich you are, how successful you are, or how likeable you are. If somebody is able to ruin, smear, or disgrace you without offering ANY proof whatsoever that is pretty sad. 

As stated earlier, I welcome Steve to bring whatever proof he has of my supposed wrongdoings to this site. I look forward to clearing my name and that of my firm. This website also has a way for someone, like myself, accused of something to have this matter legally adjudicated through arbitration. While that is nice, I will get my attorney involved to address this issue immediately. It's funny that this website is offering such a service. They allowed someone with no proof of anything to post damaging and hurtful misinformation on their site without doing any fact checking whatsoever. Thank you for the offer, but I will let the law handle this to the fullest extent possible.
