I purchased Ronidazole tablets from this retailer on Jan. 16, 2017. It did not arrive until February 3, 2017. Now I understand that this is not necessarily Mr.... Kuhn's fault, the Post Office had the package going to Guam and Hawaii and all over the place, but my animals were left to suffer in the interim. When I emailed Mr. Kunn he basically told me to just wait it out and if it doesn't arrive he would send a replacement. When it did arrive, it was clear the medication had not been properly packaged. It was missing any type of seal, and the medication had spilled out into the package and about 70% had been ruined. I was able to salvage about 30 out of 100 tablets. I immediately let Mr. Kuhn know, whose response was he has a pending claim with the post office. He would not respond as to the packaging and whether the medication was properly sealed to start with (its obvious to me it was not). Be extremely cautious in dealing with this retailer.

Order was for ronidazole tablets with shipping came to a grand total of $37.80    Order was placed Jan 16th and shipped out next day Jan 17th by priority. Unfortunately order as stated by customer and at fault of USPS went to Guam, then Hawaii, before reaching final destination in Louisville KY 2 weeks later. Was in contact with customer  through email letting her know I was tracking package once I was made aware of situation. When package arrived, customer stated that order was damaged (said package was wet and pills were damaged). Told customer to send photos which took her 3 more days, and didn't include damaged tablets as she had stated. Told customer I would check into filing a refund with USPS, but she threatened to discredit my business before I even had an opportunity. Last email from customer (Kelsi) is...    

 
 
 
 
Still didn't answer my question about sealing the medication and/or packaging. 
 
Bottom line, I ordered and paid for 100 tablets and didn't receive 100 viable tablets.  I have no recourse against the post office because I did not package and ship with them, you did (even though you charged me $7.85 for shipping).  My only recourse is through you.  I truly hope you are able to recoup from your post office claim, but that has no bearing on whether or not you should make it right with me.  I am moving forward with my negative online reviews and regulatory complains (BBB, CPSC, EPA, FCC, FTC, and FDA), because now I am just pissed.

Bottom line is I have been in business for 15 plus years and serviced thousands of customers with NO complaints untill now. A business doesn't continue to flourish and grow, if they aren't satisfying their customers. Kelsi never sent the photos of damaged goods right away as asked, and when she did, she didn't send photos of any of damaged product. Not once did she offer to return product in full for a refund either. My impression was that she felt that she should get order which totaled less than $40 for free, and has taken to every avenue possible to try and discredit my company as well as my character.
