Pikorettas.com Scam, Waste of Money, No Customer Service after Sale, COWARDS, SCUM, THIEVES Internet

We placed an order for birthday invitations, favor cards, and address labels for our daughter's first birthday party after reviewing Pikorettas website and having them promptly respond to our emails for additional information.

Once the order was placed and payment was made by Paypal, they promptly sent us a proof for the invitations, favor cards, and address labels. Each of the proofs had the correct spelling and the images were displayed as we had requested. We replied to the email to confirm that the proofs were correct and for them to process our order. No response. We waited a few days with no response and then sent another email to inquire about the status of our order. They replied that they didn't receive our first confirmation email, but would proceed processing our order. A few days later, we received a shipping confirmation email that we would receive the package in 2 to 5 days. 8 days pass after the shipment confirmation email and no package. We again send emails inquiring about our order, but no response. A day or two later the package shows up.

When the package arrives, the invitations, favor cards and labels are crammed into a plastic envelope with no protection from being bent or damaged during shipping. Keep in mind we were charged $6 for shipping costs to package & ship a 4 ounce envelope. We open the envelope and the labels look like someone's dog used them as a chew toy before shipping. The invitations are misprinted as well as the favor cards. Funny thing because we saved a copy of the proof images that were emailed to us and the proofs are correctly spelled. How can someone be so ignorant to create an acceptable proof image and then screw it up after its approved for print?

No big deal, right? Pikorettas website says that they'll gladly reprint the order if they made a mistake in printing the items. Now here's where the problem begins. They don't have a physical address, nor do they list a phone number on their website. They only do business by email (In other words, they are cowards and thieves). So we send two emails asking them to correct their mistake. The 2nd email had attachments of the images of the proofs and the images of the misprinted items that we received. They refuse to acknowledge or respond to our emails. So we file a dispute with Paypal to try to recover the $42 that we paid for their garbage so that we can have invitations printed elsewhere for our daughters birthday which is now a month away. Needless to say, Pikorettas has obviously pulled this stunt before. Since the purchase was made through their website and not through ebay, all Pikorettas has to do is show that the items were delivered. Case closed - Paypal dismisses the claim because the items were delivered and Paypal does not entertain claims related to the quality of the goods unless they were purchased on ebay. Funny thing how Pikorettas refused to respond to our numerous emails, but no sooner than we had filed a dispute with Paypal, they had replied to Paypal and escalated the dispute to a claim so that it would be dismissed by Paypal.
