They lure me in with a 9.95 CD set of 8 lessions, then send me an unsolicited 16 CD box set from simon and schuster's Pimsleur, with a sticker on it from Stroll, really sold by internet order company LLC.

Once i attempted to return the additional CD's they give me and extended trail period, basically saying & telling me anything to get me to keep them. They also state they will provide me with a shipping label, so that i can easily return the item if i don't want it. Guess what happens when i really don't want it, no shipping label arrives!

I have called the company repeatedly and been promised a shipping label, no such item has arrived. Then you get hit with this $64.00 dollar charges on me card, for something i didn't even order. My product sits UNOPENED and nonreturnable and they wont me to pay 192.00 bucks.

Better yet i have recently called the customer service number and was told that now it is to late to return the item, the operator even telling me that i would have to pay for the item no matter what! Unbelievable a bad company! avoid this at all cost! I thought this was a great company when i first order from them 10 years ago.
