Pimsleur Approach Rip-Off Artists Internet

This company has been very deceptive of the cost of thier language product.  When I received the second package, I was surprised and didn't know what it was at first.  Then, I called to cancel any further packages from shipping to me.  But, alas, I didn't know package #2 was over $200 to be charged $64 per month on my credit card.  I disputed the charges with my bank, then was able to talk with a live person tonight.  She informed me that the package that was past the 30-day return cost over $200.  My mouth dropped.  I thought it cost $64 per package, but it was over $200 per package.  I haven't even opened package #2, and am very unhappy with the deception of getting my credit card to charge up a storm on this product.  At least Rosetta Stone is up front about how much the product costs.  Now, I don't know what to do, because they all say that the 30-day return has past, I haven't opened the package, and want my money back somehow.  I'll never do business with this company again.  They pressured me into keeping the product in the first place, because I called to have a stop-shipment on the Rapid Learning Program.  They urged me to try it out, but I got busy and was unable to do so.  I had to leave town, and that's when the 30 days lapsed.  What a rip-off!!!!!!!!!
