I returned my Pimsleur Spanish 2 package of compact disks to the Pinsleur Buy Back Offer for the expected offer of up to $100 if disks were in good condition. UPS tracking indicated that the package was delivered on April 15 2014 to the Ammon Idaho address as required. Subsequent calls to the referenced phone (866 532 7609) for information on the status of my order were answered by machine request to leave my name and number and they would return my call. After several attempts, no one returned my call. It also stated for faster service to send an E mail. I sent an E mail twice and got no respnse. I had also indicated that I wanted any buy back funds to be credited to purchace of the Spanish 3 lesson and to contact me by E mail for any balance due.
As of this date, May 7, I have not received any response.
