I place and online order with Pink Discount on March 27, 2014. My bank account was deducted the amount the next day. As of this date April 16, 2014 I have not received my order. I have called on to receive an automated message which says press 0 to speak to an operatior - the recording then says your party is not available, leave a message. I have left 6 messages in the last 2 days and have not received a return call.
I have also emailed them 6 times and have not received a response to any of my email. This is total rip off. I would like to have the items I ordered or have my money refunded to me - prefer a refund so I can buy products from a reputable company. I will be reporting them to the BBB and doing anything eles I can to get my money back and stop their fraud.
