I book Shannon Adams feb 6 2015 to do my daughter first birthday party July 18 2015. Paid my deposit Feb 6 and she advised me that remaining balance will be due a week before the party.

She called me EVERY month asking for me to pay my balance in advance. Nevertheless the balance was paid a week before the party and my step mother meet her A DAY BEFORE THE PARTY AND GAVE HER EXTRA MONEY to do a balloon arch.

The day of my daughter party we began to call her around 9 am to see when she was coming to set up party started at 3. She didnt answer my phone calls so i had my step mother to call her which she answer and said shell come around 11 or 12 and set up the event. At 2 oclock after calling her a couple more times she told my step mother she woould just refund us our money trmw she busy doing another event.

I personal called her then she lied and said she will send her balloon girl in 20mins to set up party here it is 2:15 my daughter party start at 3 and we have NO DECORATION, NO CAKE, NO TREAT BAGS, NO TREAT TABLE, NO BALLOONS, NO TABLES, NO CHAIRS, NO NOTHINGGG WHICH WE PAID HER FOR. OUT MY OWN POCKET I PERSONALLY PAID HER 300 AND MY STEP MOTHER PAID HER 300 (which shannon a month before did my twin niece and nephew birthday party) so we didnt expect the out come of her not showing up to my daughter party.

LONGSTORY SHORT --she stop answering our calls, she stop responding to otext message, she blocked us on facebook and instagram which at the point she also change the name of her page!! WITH GUEST ARRIVING MY PARENTS HAD TO GO TO PARTY CITY AND RE BUY EVERYTHING WE ARLREADY PAID HER FOR !!!SHE RUIN MY DAUGHTER FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY (TRIED TO AT LEAST) ONE MONEKY DONT STOP NO SHOW. SHE HAVE BEEN GIVING US THE RUNNING AROUND ABOUT WHEN SHE GOING TO REFUND THE MONEY.

A WEEK PASSED SHE FINALLY TEXT US LIEING TALKING ABOUT SHE COULDNT SHOW BECAUSE SHE WAS TAPING FOR A REALITY SHOW WHEN THE DAY OF PARTY SHE SAID SHE WAS AT THE PARK DOING A BABY SHOWER. She state she had to wait for a check to clear her bank account (WHICH IS ANOTHER LIE BECAUSE THE WEEK I PAID MY FINALLY BALANCE I PAID MONEY ORDER AND TOOK THE BOTTOM HALF,she come calling me talking about the check cash place wont cash without bottom half, advise her to take to the bank which she state she dont have a bank account "down here" SHE FROM HERE ,LIERRRR).

Monday passed no refund, tuesday passed no refund, wednesday no refund I advised her if she dont come with my money i will file charges and sue her (which i still plan on it) I advised her i know where she live and know her personal info . FINALLY THRUSDAY she show up with a partial payment .THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I HATE IT HAD BE MY DAUGHTER BIRTHDAY.

she thought she was going to get away with stealing my money but im not allowing anyone to steal food out my daughter mouth i work to hard!!
