 I have personally known the owner of this company for the last 36 years. I am a very reputable
person in business and stage and screen. I have in no way been asked for money, sold any bolognie, or been lied to by the owners! This annonymous person should have the courage to stand behind his or her words and come forward with proof of the alleged rip-off.

 The owners have been very helpful and very generous to thier clients and have been completley up front and honest with not only myself and other employees, but to all of thier clients.

 In my opinion, this person is truely after some other end, which is to damage and hurt the business of a competitor in the business or they have nothing else to do with thier time but 
be dishonest and resentful of and absolutely wonderful product that they and very, very few could even contemplate being in the same league with!

I am completely miffed by the comments made by "Anonymous" dated 2/7/2011.

I have known Nancy and Angelo (owners) for almost one year to date and they have never asked me for money nor have they given me any reason on earth to distrust them.  They are honest, hardworking and upstanding people and I cannot imagine being engaged in business with anyone else.  I consider them to be family...and that means quite a bit to me. 

I proudly live in Utica, NY and I know for a fact  that "Anonymous"  does not reside within our area  I can tell you with 100% certainty that neither Nancy nor Angelo ever heard of Utica until we made contact and they the only people they have ever spoken to in this region are myself, my wife and my good friend.  The person who made the original post is not being truthful, but out to try and hurt good, hardworking people.

 I have done business with both Angelo & Nancy for the last 9 years and never ever have they done myself or any other person we deal with wrong ! I have been flown by him in his aircraft and he is a great pilot ! I have been to his summer homes ! Both of these people are very kind and there Generosity are second to none. I would suggest you focus your energy on something more positive ! You either have some serious hater issues or are trying to damage there business. They have a great product and are wonderful people ! You Obviously do not know them !   And anyone who writes any kinds of comment online should at the least sign there real name. Unless your lying , hating or affraid of being sued???? Then I guess Anonymous is Cowardly
