Harassment, violations of FDCPA, unwilling to discuss accounts, valid information, remove inaccurate information, etc...

Contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Better Business Bureau (BBB), Attorney General's Office, and Consumer Protection Division.

The actual law suit is on the net, I think it occurred on October 26th or 27th, 2006.
