Pinnacle Financial Group Constant Harrassment 3-5 Telephone Calls per day, no respect to the individual they are calling. Isn Minneapolis Minnesota
*Consumer Suggestion: not telemarketing...
This is getting very old and annoying. I have received call after call after call from this company and they apparently have a bank of outgoing phone numbers because I have received calls from Pinnacle on at least 3 or 4 different numbers. I know there is a law, I just don't know what it is to end these harassing phone calls.
I have tried to deal with the company that I owe a very small amount to, however, Pinnacle apparently has some deal with them and the company is hiding behind Pinnacle.
These people at Pinnacle are very very RUDE, NASTY and DISRESPECTFUL when they call. No one should have to deal with that. Please help to get this stopped.

You have collections listed under telemarketing. Collections are not subject to telemarketing laws so you are unable to verbally cease phone calls unless you are in the state of Wisconsin. However, they do have to abide by a letter that is sent certified mail to cease calling you. Then however you will have to continually do the same thing with each consecutive collection agency that the bill is placed with. However, if they are calling your work or cell phone number that you can verbally cease.
