I have had nothing but a bad experience so far with Pinnacle Financial Group, specifically the account manager Eric Euler from the Bethesda Maryland Location.I purchased a car for my daughter and got financing from Pinnacle. She made a partial payment and the remainder of the payment was taken from my checking account which i was not aware i had signed a paper to allow this.

As a matter of fact I specifically called 2 weeks before the payment was taken out and spoke to someone and advised not to use my checking account that it would be money gram like the first payment.

Well after some conversations on the phone with Eric ;and some very rude emails back and forth he demanded we return the car. All i wanted from the beginning of the conversation was to ensure that my bank account information was not used. He was very rude and hung up on me. After calling back and dealing with his combative attitude it was agreed that we would set  up another auto withdraw from my daugters bank.

When she got paid this week there was not enough to cover the agreed upon amount. I called as a courtesy to let him know that indeed there was not enough money and I would cover the balance. Before i could finish that sentence he jumped down my throat and told me I may as well go ahead and just return the car. It was a nasty nasty conversation and again he hung up on me. I called back to speak to his supervisor which he answer the phone and advised me that I could not.

I asked him why he started off coming at me like i was the enemy and he told me all i was doing is running my mouth.

I am so angry at this man's professionalism or lack there of and the fact that he cannot have a simple conversation on the phone and that he verbally attacked me on the phone.

I want everyone reading this to know what kind of a person Eric Euler is and he does not need to be incharge of anyone’s account. Yes my daughter was late but we are on track and i just don't understand how a person can call themselves an account manager and treat their customer like this.

Sincerely,

Angered Customer
