Even within the release itself his name is spelled two different ways (i.e. ''Jodie McMillian'' and ''Jody McMillian''). If you've been ripped off by these guys, you may find the part where he describes his partners, Ryan Zimmerman and Dennis James, as ''the top loan modifications (sic) consultants in the country'' to be mildly amusing.
