He's a FRAUD! Tim Matherly took our deposit and never supplied the shear we ordered. Beware, he is slick and can talk the fab industry buzz words and jargon but does not produce a thing. Try and track him down and he is like a ghost. We got a judgement in the North Carolina court system against Pinnacle and have yet to receive a nickel. Good money after bad, we lost our deposit and then paid an attorney even more. It has been 26 months and he continues rip people off and there isn't a government source willing to shut him down or arrest him. Beware of anybody selling or advertising Pinnacle press brakes and shears, there all in cahoots.
