Fraud Fraud Fraud "Beware" of Pinnacle Nissan I'm a former manager. i have contacted the attorney general special agents and wells fargo to start talked to vice president of wells fargo and in the next week or 2 I'm going to fbi. once attorney general has started investigating. They paid the sales people to write false reviews in the system on dealerrater.com and yelp.com and paid in sales meetings on friday mournings. They were told to have friends and family write false reviews so they would show up higher in google rankings or other search engines cause when your a bad company and you get bad reviews google pushes you down the listings so the honest dealers will get your biz so they had us do it which I made sure i didn't but everyone else did. nice to make a couple hundred dollars for some salespeople and they would cause they need the money and the company knows it. I'm a former manager there. They fraud contracts and credit apps when they have you sign a blank credit app its not for your benefit its for theres cause when you complain about your loan to bank you cant do anything don't ever sign a blank document no matter how much they ask what happens is when your loan defaults its your name on application along with them filling it in for you while your gone what happens is you may not of made enough income so they pump your income and job time up to the banks and then coach you on what to say to bank only thing is there covering themselves unfortunately you get burned cause that's yoursignature at bottom of paper you thought was no big deal to sign blank before you left the office in your new car don't do that. I know they do it and forge contracts wich I have seen personally infront of me but the general manager did nothing that's criminal fraud you can do something. We were constantly told in managers meetings do what you need to do to get the deal bought fortunately I was never in finance so I am able to speak out without being in trouble that is why I never took the position so I didn't get in trouble cause I knew what was going on. I watched shane smith josh leader karl adams steve clark all fraudulent signed contracts and credit apps fill them out and sales contracts wich is completely illegal.customer isn't even present. you have no recourse with that signature they take top copy of one contract or credit app and trace your signature now that is why if you look up pinnacle Nissan fraud under rippoffreport.com you will see people complain that there contracts don't match the banks contracts that is fraud so if you read this and has happened to you please contact me at (((redacted))) or contact the "attorney generals office they are already investigating as of today 3/26/2014 called this mourning made me a top priority they said this has been going on for awhile just no one has come forward . Please help stop fraud and turn these guys in and I worked at 5 of there dealerships they all do it part of larry van tuyl auto group. pinnacle Nissan midway chevy midway Nissan showcase Honda and they all do fraud. and if you go against the company they will fire you. I was asked on my first day on the job from a higher manager than me josh leader to call a employee from iran or iraq a t e r r o r i s t s. this is a terrible environment of criminal activity and a hostile work environment also please save your money and your credit and go somewhere else but if you decide to go there and they fraud you or try to please contact the attorney general they want to hear it. they have busted them before and are very eager to do it again. cause they didn't stop. Now the dealer will write behind me and say I wasn't a good employee but just like attorney general said why did they hire you at 5 locations and never write you up if you were a bad employee. so if you want to find out more please contact me or attorney general directly. I am truly sorry for what I was made to do to the customers but now I realize it was fraud I left a year and a half ago and they are still doing it now just look it up pinnacle Nissan fraud on ripoffreport,com. new events of fraud also in 2013 contracts don't match banks along with the customers contract. trust me you can do something just call attorney general or email me and I will point you in right direction.
