Do not come here to live, please. I have copied this from my yelp review as this is very serious and should be considered if you're looking for a place to live, I'm trying to help people not get into a bad situation. I have added additional information to this report.

I have lived here for 3 years when it was called Copper Hills, and it has not been maintained properly since Pinnacle has taken over management. I have witnessed other tenants during my office visits, VERBALLY saying their reasons to leave that to many problems with management and the property. The staff in the office are LIARS! They tried to GET MORE MONEY out of us, not disclosing any important information, and NOT GIVING US OUR ORIGINAL PAPERWORK. The office staff are a joke. James is unprofessional, I don't know if he has memory loss or is lying, as he does not remember talking over the phone with us, or the conversation we had. Leslie is an awful manager, aloof and unprofessional. she has no idea what her staff is doing, does not take any RESPONSIBILITY OF HER STAFF, AND THE PROPERTY.

Most of the maintenance staff don't seem to do very much, I don't know what they're doing that gives them the idea to NOT CLEAN THE PROPERTY. This is unsanitary for the health of the tenants AND YOUR PETS. If your dog eats dog feces, be careful as there is an ABUNDANCE OF FECAL MATTER. THE DOG PARKS ARE VERY DISGUSTING, DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS INSIDE. There is a small gap in the wall in the large dog park, big enough for large dogs to jump over if unleashed. THE 2ND POOL IS HORRIBLE!!!! It looks like swamp water. THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE POOL.  Maintenance does are very slow on their work orders, and not doing a very good job when they've fixed them, requesting the same order again, left unfixed.

There are too many things to list to assist many innocent people, but my word of advice is TO KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. If they try to do anything that might that doesn't make any sense, please take legal action, this is unacceptable and I do not want many others to suffer a horrible dilemma.
