Kiefer stole from me. He steals from everyone. An owner of a metal supply house told me that he went into his store, ordered tens of thousands in equipment then filed for bankruptcy. He is a very bad but soft spoken man. He has no qualms about stealing from anyone.

If you dig around you'll find victim after victim. I got a $550,000.00 judgment against him and got nothing.
He is seems to have gone national in his quest to steal.

I have not read every Pinnacle report, but I would like to provide information for an informed discussion and hopefully a positive resolution. I worked with Pinnacle for 20 months in the Alpharetta location.  Pinnacle Roofing, Inc. built about 700 plus roofs in metro Atlanta, about 200 were mine.  I was terminated unexpectedly without notice on October 5, 2009 and still had some roofs that needed to be built. All of these contracts and deposits had already been turned in to Pinnacle Roofing, Inc. to be built as my 200 previous roofs had been.  Pinnacle communications to me prior to and following my termination indicated all roofs would be built or refunded. I have passed the contact information I have to my former customers that they might contact Pinnacle Roofing, Inc. regarding their contract.  As of this posting date, these former customers have not been contacted by Pinnacle Roofing, Inc., nor to my knowledge have they been refunded.  I am responding to my previous customers if they contact me.  I am cooperating with investigations of Pinnacle Roofing, Inc. At this point I am disappointed by Pinnacle Roofing, Inc., and feel abandoned regarding timely communication to former customers asking for their contract to be honored with building a roof or refunding their deposit.  Perhaps the deposits will be refunded, but the big concern now is Pinnacle Roofing Inc.'s failure to communicate.
