this guy is nothing but a con man. STAY AWAY FROM DANNY WALL.i went into a deal with him where what he does is called trading, but not trading the market's as one would think. what he said he does, is he clears off the banks books and makes deals, he would line up the buyers for whatever the banks may have on there book's ex: real estate, say a construction company went belly up and now the bank is holding 20 bulldozers, he would make the deals with bank's, then line up the buyers, the deal would be done, he would give the investors like me (sap), a guaranteed return on there money on a specific date. it seems most of his thing's are of the same nature, guaranteed return's on specific date's, weather you are investing with him for market trading, or this deal i was in. im sure he has other scams, going around also. you can talk to him on the phone, he is like your best friend, and reassures you everything is  ok. well my paydate was 10/6/10. funny thing was a friend of mine who had been in contact with him, off and on, during this whole deal, when it got time to get paid, he would no longer answer his call's or responed to his emails. so my friend gave me his number, of course i called him and he did answer, because he had no clue who was calling. so i asked him how come we were not paid today, and of course he said he ran out of time, but it will be taken care of, first thing in the morning, on 10/7/10. well of course no money was transfered into my account and i tried calling him on the same number i called him the first time, and isn't this funny, now the calls just go straight to voice mail. so bottom line is he took me for $1,200.00, the guy that told me about this for $1,000.00, and a friend of mine for $1,700.00. and believe me, im sure there was a whole lot more in this also. people just save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from this guy.i can't believe a parasite like him, can keep getting away with this. well i will tell you this, he is going to be reported to the fed's and whoever else i can talk too to get action taken against him.i could have got more into the way he operates, but you get the picture. he has a huge internet presence, and i don't understand how he continues too rip people off and gets away with it. i have all the documents, deposit slips, account numbers to back all this up. i will take any action action against him that i can, and all the others should do the same.
