Watch out! These folks don't deliver as promised.

Back in September 2013 I sent Pinoy Recruiters $1000 for them to sign up 100 people under me in the Penny Matrix Program. They never fulfilled the order. They are now recruiting for another program that I do not want to join. But they will not return my $1000.

Tracy Davison is a smooth talker. Be careful. He makes a lot of promises that he obviously cannot keep.
