Pioneer Communication They claim you've won a prize but you need to pay $499. They are just a bunch of Scammers and won't take "NO" for an answer. Van Nuys, California & Pasig City, Philippines

It all started in 09/2008 when Jeff Biwag/Jayo Ocampo from Pioneer Comm called and Informed me that I won a Prize after I bought a $10 worth of calling card, only because they kept on calling/at my sleeping time, several times a day.He was insisting for me to claim that prize(travel prize, worth $30,000.00 of merchandize) but I have to pay $499.00 I told them I'm not rich, I'd rather won a $1.00 because of these economy who can afford to just go and travel,

at first they were saying for the whole family, and later it was only for one individual and you have to pay for any other, at the same conversation, I declined their offer, so they said they will send a confirmation letter, that I'm agreeing to get the package, I said I don't need/don't want that prize so they can just give or award to someone that can benefit it, so I hang up, I didn't send the confirmation letter that they send(because I really don't need that package).

Pioneer communication kept on calling, they said they recorded our conversation, but maybe they only recorded the ones that they want and deleted my declination.They persistently calling bothering us with our sleeping time because they don't care they are calling from the PHil. They charged my credit card right away for $499.00 so I file a dispute to my card that I didn't receive any merchandize, and not only that this was a way too much of a burden to my part for them(pioneer communication) they kept on calling me at home and even my cell Phone.

The main problem is they constantly calling my home several times a day 3-5x a day and they don't answer,(I have a caller ID) I called their main Office spoke to Michael told him that if they can stop calling because I can't afford to change my phone no.( it would really be a hazzle/problem) to change my phone no. just for them to stop calling, not only constantly calling, nobody answers everytime I answer,

so its a mere bothering and annoying us.The damaged they've done to my health was worthless(that$499 was nothing compared to the constant stress they've given me), these need to be stopped!!!! Until yesterday(12/10/08) These people are really ruining my health, I've been having Hypertension, almost a stroke. yesterday someone name Belmonte Montemayor, acclaiming to be an Atty, I said anybody can be an atty at the other end of the line, and another named Jules Sy from PIONEER COMMUNICATIONS, she said that Westwood International is their sister company.

I screamed at them and said can't you do anything better in the Phil at this time of Christmas but to bother / and BS someone, (we should help each other Co-filipinos, not Ripping off. At the same conversation, this other sales agent Jefferson Biwag, acting and crying saying that because of me they'll gonna fire him, So I told him, that's good, and I'll pray for him to have a better job not like that one that fooling people (that's a mortal sin). Then this Jules Sy was saying I totally understand your situation but next time you should know how to decline if you don't want any merchandize,

she was trying to lecture me (I told her PIONEER comm don't know and don't want a NO)saying that the case I filed(dispute case to return my money back from the card company) she was saying that she was calling to tell me that the case was reverse to their favor, So I said (anyway I already got my money back)Whats the point in calling me if you won the case have a Merry Christmas), I can hear from the background that Jeff Biwag saying, ate, she said she already got her money back.

Jules was saying that she was calling me again to get my confirmation so they can send the Travel Package(what part of NO that they can't understand, I really don't know. ...They wont stop..They are totally RIDICULOUS I'm so upset!!! to the BONE. How can we stop these animals(so sad to think of it they are Filipinos!!!)I'm willing to cooperate, Please prosecute these people, better yet their main Boss, My family know how my health is affected since PIONEER COMMUNICATION existed, thy are worse that terrorists!!!!! Please let us do something. I'm so upset that I can't gather my thoughts enough and can't think of any exact words to describe these people(worse than evils)Let's pray for them so they will go back where they belong.

So they can shut them down.

Are you on the Do Not Call List - if not put all your phone numbers on it ASAP - there is no charge to do this.

If you are already - they have violated that and you can report them for that as well.
