constantly getting early morning calls and it is Pioneer credit recovery in Binghamton New York looking for a student debt of my 20 something year old daughter. She is sick unable to drive or hold a job in two years and of course, Social Security says she is NOT sick enough to be on disability and we have to wait 19+ months for a hearing. Meantime these people harassed her and we disconnected her number and now they are harassing me for payment. No I am not on her loans. And yes, she owes around several hundred dollars. Her school screwed up, did not drop her when we asked, dragged their feet until she had to pay for a quarter of school she couldn't physically attend. Then they submitted for their payment to whatever loan company the school uses. When proof was remitted that daughter ill, school dropped everything but one loan company would not clear their records now turning it over to these people. They are nuts. BTW the school is UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA AT IRVINE, not some fly by night private school, These people lie. Be warned. I spoke with a girl named KRISTIN March 7, 2017 and said that my daughter gave me as a reference ( A BIG LIE) and they wanted me to give an updated address for her. I of course refused. Additionally I told them to "cut the crap" that its a personal business matter and told them I know you are a collection agency. If you call again, you ll be speaking to my attorney for harassment. I also said daughter no longer works, goes to school, and spends a lot of time hospitalized yet they still wanted info. SCUM. Avoid at all costs.

They ask for supporting documentation so they can help the borrower file a claim through nelnet, and have the debt eliminated. However you people are so standoffish, that the debt doesn't get taken care of, and your poor daughter will have an offset placed on her social security, when she finally gets it, because her parents are hotheads, and think they know better than professionals. Way to go moron.
