My husband took out a loan with Pioneer military services. Today 2 years after we took out the loan we find out we have late fees when they have been taking the money directly out of our account for 2 years now. They are the ones that said the 15 th is fine. During this time frame they have never even notived us that we were late every month. Also when we went into the the office today the lady was very rude and wanted to talk down to us because we were late every month. Do not use these people for your loans. Do without untill you can do better. They rip off the military right and left. The intrest it to high on top of it all. My main complaint is how are you going to pull the money out of my account every month and then tell me after 2 years we have been late?

You might want to check with your JAG officer and see if what Pioneer did is legal. It's possible that if enough soldiers complain the IG will put Pioneer on the "do not patronize" list and they'll be run out of business.

Good luck!
