We can go to Pioneer steel buildings site and clearly see all the prices. Then when I call the sales person. He plays me for a fool, tells me the 7000.00 builing i was after is originally 24,000. for that size. He will then offer it to me for hi low price of $16,000.
Wow , what a sweet deal he says.
Then I wake him up! Tell him the front page say $7,000.
OH he replies, oh let me check into that, I will call you right back. NICE. So he calls back and he gives me a price 400 dollars still higher than listed on current web flyer. I have been following this compay for years now. As I was contemplating purchasing a building VS , the cost of building my own our of wood and sheet metal. Lucky I did not go forward with this.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. It seems to be OK for them to outright LIE .

Pioneer Steel manufactures and distributes our product through a network of Dealers, and accordingly, you may have contacted one of our many independent Dealers. Please be advised that we do not currently (or in the recent past) have a building advertised on our website for the price of $7,000. I am attaching copy of our current sales promotion which currently appears on our website. Pioneer Steel will always honor prices as advertised on our website, as long as the building you require meets or exceeds the Building Code requirements with respect to snow and wind loading. Please note that these prices exclude any freight charges and taxes. I would be more than happy to speak to you further about this issue as it is important to us maintain honest and fair business practices. Please feel free to contact me directly.
