   I have contact Pipeline Data inc. to help me process credit cards to my business.

It all began when I changed the office address and information.

I have updated my information on line for some reason it did not go through all the way

   I have processed credit cards with them for almost a year now, disputes FREE until less than 2 months ago.

   I have received the disputes letters from them via mail, but one day, out of the blue, I tried to process a card and I have discovered that I have no merchant service.

I called PipeLine Data, they told me that they were trying to contact me with no success and so they put my account in the risk department and froze it.

   Only then I found out that the change of information that I did on line did not go through. I made sure to change the information again through the phone with customer service, through the fax and email with the risk department, and they told me that they did, I even received email from them. (or so I thought)

   They froze my account and took more then $8000.00 out of my account just to be on the safe side.

The dispute amount that starts this night mare was not even 0.5 % of my monthly processing amount.

I asked them why didnt you mail it to me after trying to reach me at the old phone # and old email address, obviously the regular mail got to the right place, their answer was we are sending mails only as a last solution ??????

   My business is the only income that my house hold has, by freezing my account they froze my life, they froze my life for about 10 days, I had no money coming in, they let me process cards so they can have their fees but they hold the money in their data.

   Since then, needless to say that I have changed my merchant provider and very happy with what I have.

   Unfortunately, I can not cancel with PipeLine Data yet, only at the end of the month as I have a contract with them.

   Today, September 16 2009, I received a letter from them stating that one of the card holders that lost in his dispute isfighting back and I need to respond by 9/9/2009 or I will loose.


   I called PipeLine data AGAIN they told me that they tried contacting me AGAIN to the old o # and old email address although they can see that I have different information on file.

   They told me that there is nothing that they can do to reverse the charges; the card holder got his money because I failed to reply. And that I can seek legal advice to sue them.

    On the envelope that Pipeline Data mailed me the letter that I had to respond by 9/9/09 the date on the stamp shows 9/14/2009

How can I response on time if they failed to mail it on time?

Why do I need to pay if they failed to inform me on time?

Why are they still in business if this is they way they are handling customers?

I lost a lot of money and time by dealing with their mistakes and I want answers!!!
