Had salesman come to bid on hail damaged roofs, three outbuilding roofs over twenty years old and home roof three years old.                                                              Many companies had bid the same job. The only reason for hiring this company was told they would do the job correctly by tearing off the old dimensional shingles compared to the other companies who would only shingle over top of the old ones, especially on the 16'x24' gambrel roof.    When installer arrived to start job,  started on the 3yr old house roof and said he knew nothing about 2 of the  outduilding roofs that are over 20yrs old. When product arrived it was way short of material to finish the 3yr old house roof and no material to replace 20'x20' flat roof attached to house.     Or any of the  outbuilding roofs.  When I called the salesman he told me installer knew what he needed to do job. He then said he did not remember the outbuilding that is 16'x24' with a gambrel roof that they said they would do it correctly by doing a complete tear off. He is trying to say he could do it for more money. This was in the original bid.  I have been trying to call owner, and he will not return my calls. Installer said he could not go any further until owner decided what he wanted him to do. The bottom line is the salesman is trying to get out of doing the job on outbuilding roofs that are over 20yrs old by saying he don't remember seeing them. I know any roofing salesman would try to sell all new roofs and definitely the 20 yr old roofs, in which he did but says he don't remember them.Please Do Not Do Business With PICTURE PERFECT in East Peoria Illinois.
