Pitney Bowes Ripoff Prices and Arrogant Customer Service Stamford Connecticut

I have been a customer of Pitney Bowes for several years paying the rental price for their machine. Once they tried to jack the price up from $20 to $29 per month and when I called to cancel they kept it the same. Over the years this has been typical of this company. They absolutely rip you off on the consumables. Recently, when I had a problem, I called the customer service line only to have two very arrogant agents on two different days. This is typical of a company that doesn't give a rip about their customers. I have had enough and after research bought a much better Neopost machine direct for $17.95 per month and as a bonus their consumables are reasonably priced. Save yourself some headaches and avoid Pitney Bowes.
