PITNEY BOWLES TOOK MACHINE FOR REPAIRS AND STILL CHARGED FOR IT WALTMAN, Massachusetts

Our company entered int a lease agreement for a postage machine with the Pitney Bowles office in Nashville Tennessee.  Shortly thereafter the machine stopped working.  After a great many calls requesting service or a new machine I told them to come get the thing.  They sent a potage paid box and I sent it to them with the understanding that i would recieve another machine.  After several weeks I was informed that I wouldf not get a new machine and that I still owed for the lease.  This has been well over four years and now Pitney Bowles has turned it over to a collection agency that calls three, four, six times a week trying to get money out of us.  I do not reccomend anyone doing business with Pitney Bowles.  YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
