I placed my order online at approximately 5:25PM PST and was presented with a delivery time of 7:09PM PST, that is, AFTER they'd charged my card. Shortly after placing my order I'd realized that I forgot to add the ranch for buffalo wings (for some idiotic reason Pizza Hut charges for the condiments - none of the other pizza places do though....); at any rate, I phoned the store and requested to add the ranch (0.49 cents each). Since the ranch was only a couple of quarters, I opted to keep my online order in-tact and pay for the ranch in cash. 



When the order finally arrived, the delivery guy presented me with the summary receipt and gave me the order. When I asked about the 2 liter soda I'd ordered, he looked at the itemized receipt for confirmation and advised me that he forgot it in the car. While he was down at his car I had the chance to look into the pizza box, to ensure the toppings were accurate (i've had this problem before); in doing so I immediately noticed that the pizza was thrown haphazardly into the box, overcooked, and lacked sauce and cheese on a large portion of the pizza. To add to my disgust, I noticed that my original total, from the online receipt, and the total on the summary receipt were off by $5 bucks. 



Upon the delivery guy's return I advised him that I was dissatisfied and that I wanted to send the entire order back. Before sending the order back however, I phoned the store and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered, "Hugo Hernandez," purported to be the manager. I began to voice my concerns and anger with the order, the various mistakes and the over billing. Hugo then proceeded to advise me that, had I not messed the order up by calling in to add the ranch there would've never been a problem. I expressed to Hugo that his comments were wholly unprofessional and, in many respects, disrespectful. After several back and forth, tit-for-tat exchanges, I demanded that the order be cancelled and my monies refunded immediately. Hugo then stated, in the most indifferent fashion, it doesn't matter, i could either get the refund or keep the messed up pizza! 



Wow - what terrible customer service! I have never, in all my days, experienced this level of extreme unprofessionalism. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut - Colton again. I strongly recommend that no one in the area order from this store either.

Be wise - don't waste your time or money on these unprofessional people. Pizza Hut has no customer service commitment nor do they care what the end result looks like when it arrives at the customers door step. Think twice, be wise.
