Pizza Hut ripoff Deceptive and misleading marketing, rude service Hadley Massachusetts

I know I lived in this country long enough to see things like that, but I was very hungry, which may have influence my poor decision making ability that day. However, I still disagree with their way of marketing!
I phoned up to order my pizza and specified a coupon when I placed the order. The coupon specifies an Extra Large pizza Anyway you want it.

In the very fine print, which is not easy to read, it mentions up to three toppings, supreme, or 1 dollar extra for super supreme (or whatever). I was very surprised to learn that instead of 11.99, it was 16.49 plus tax. After I politely asked about why the price is 4.50 higher than it should be, I was rudely told that I ordered 3 toppings over the 3 allowed under this deal.

Wait a second, isn't that Anyway you want it? - That's how I want it! Why is the person who took the order did not mention these extra charges when I asked to use the coupon? Why is the supreme pizza that has 7 toppings costs 11.99, but the pizza I ordered with 6 toppings 4.50 more? Once again, the rude response from the manager 7-topping supreme pizza is not the same as 6-topping pizza I ordered in spite of the same size and style.

The bottom line read the fine print, and don't buy from places that hires rude managers. Whether they are right or wrong, I will never ever order from that place again. I will rather support a local pizza place that is still owned by an Indian family, than pay these corporate thugs.
