I called this store and ordered 2 large double topping pizzas, telling the girl I had a coupon for 2 @ $9.00. When I got there I expected, as anyone who can do basic math would, to pay $18 + Tax, but Pizza Hut seems to have their own math when it comes to extra cheese, and I was charged $12 for each pizza, with only $2. deducted for the coupon, so pre tax I was charged $22 instead of the $18 the coupon promised, for a total of $23.54.
How can you continue to lie to your customers like this and expect them to continue to be customers. The purposeful deception is extremely cheesy!
What's worse is that at their website they offer any size, any toppings, any crust for $10 each, which would have been $2 cheaper, but of course this was not pointed out to me.
I read of similar creative couponing issues here dating from 2007, so this has been going on over 5 years! How do they keep getting away with this??

Everybody who orders pizza frequently from pizza hut knows that cheese is not a topping, you always pay $ 2 more for extra cheese or cheese stuffed crust. I am pretty sure when you order it over the phone they will tell you about the extra charge as well.
