Pizza Hut Added surcharge to cover placing order Post Falls Idaho

So I call pizza hut at about 10:30am on a Wednesday to see if they are open and can take my order which I plan on picking up and delivering to my wife's work at 11:30. The phone rings and a guy answers and takes my normal info like phone number name and address. I tell him that I want to pick this order up and he asks if I wanted to pick it up at XXXX st pizza hut and I said no, I want to pick it up at Post falls next to my wifes work. I asked isn't that the number I called? He said yes, but he was an answering service that goes to him if the pizza hut employees are too busy. So he placed my order and gave me my total which I thought was a little high but oh well I did order extra marinara. Then after I delivered the meal I noticed that there was a $1.00 charge for CSC. So I called the store up and got the employee that checked me out and she said that the call center sometimes sneaks that charge in and she didn't catch it.

So my question is? How many people have paid this charge and why didn't the guy on the phone tell me there was going to be this charge, cuz I would have hung up and called Dominos!

How is this Pizza Hut's fault? The guy on the phone does not work for Pizza Hut and the girl you talked to who does, I assume, took care of it. I have never heard of this hidden charge, nor have i heard of the answering service taking orders. In my area, we just have an automatic hold thing in place.
