Pizza Hut Smoking weed on the job, around food Phoenix Arizona

Didn't anyone want to have you in the car during deliveries?

When did you get fired from Pizza Hut.

It's hard to believe that the people involved with this are getting away with smoking weed. I am sure it is true and probably happens more than we know. The parts that are irritating:

They are getting high and the ones who chose not to are doing all the work. You said you talk to the store manager, was there anyone higher up? Who ever owns this business should know what the staff is up to. That is a big waste of money. if the consumer finds out, it could ruin that store.

The other thing, we consumers trust restaurants of any type with our food. Dropping it on the floor, even for a split second and still serving it is GROSS! Same as spitting in the food, not washing your hands, and so on.

Recently videos have come out of how employees act inappropriately. They got fired as they should.

A Burger King 25 miles from where I live around 6 years ago...a guy goes through drive threw. He orders a burger without pickles...he hates pickles. He hates them so much that he always checks his sandwiches before taking a bite. Lucky this day he does that...the guy that made his sandwich spit on it. Problem for that employee of Burger King, the customer was a state police officer...DNA testing proved this guy did it. He was fired as soon as the officer complained (that same day), but not long after that the place closed down...it may have been the idea of what that guy did...no one wanted to eat there. I'm not sure why they closed.

I don't have video tape, and i didnt write this because i want to file a lawsuit. I wrote this because people need to know about what is going on behind the counter. Yes i agree, smoking happens at the workplace, but the last time I checked, IT WAS STILL ILLEGAL TO SMOKE WEED. AT ALL. ANYWHERE AT ALL. I have other witnesses to all the things that went down at this place, and i wasn't owning up to anything. If this report had been about people smoking cigarettes, then you could say 'if you dont like it get a culinary arts degree and open up your own place.' I, however, was talking about ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES BEING USED AROUND PEOPLES FOOD. If anyone else feels the need to leave stupid ignorant rantsing about my report, at least read it first.

I don't smoke weed or anything else because I have to spend my money on tuition.
But I have asked people that I go to class with and they say that PIZZA is their favorite food when they are stone as are CHIPS AHOY CHUNKY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES...

I think you're own to something here.

Do not make allegations that you can't back up with videotape ( best) or audiotape because when it comes to she says, he says, the person with the most tangible proof and the most job seniority will be believed. Or you BOTH could get fired.

There is a lot of smoking and some social drinking in the food prep/hospitality business and if you don't like it, go get yourself a culinary arts education and open your own place.
