I ordered two Zip-TV Phase Array Satellite TV systems including installation from P&L International, Inc. They requested I pay by check instead of credit card to reduce their fees, and I did. After Mr. Pazzaglin, P&L's president cashed my check, I cannot not reach him by phone. The estimated /deliveryinstallation date is past. He responded to an email from me once that he would contact me the next day to inform me of delivery and installation, but never did. He has not responded to followup emails nor will he answer his cell phone or business phone.

Buyer beware.

Clarification - From P&L International, Inc. Zip-TV

AUTHOR: P&L Int. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, October 08, 2010

Just to clarify the above rebuttal. The ZipPhaser phase array antenna system has built in one way TV and still does. The antenna this customer purchased is a different model and is no longer manufactured. The current version of ZipPhaser supports satellite Internet and TV in one antenna and the manufacturer Raysat is only discontinuing the TV-RO only version. So if you are purchasing a ZipPhaser you still get both Internet and TV in one unit. This customer did not purchase an Internet version of the product and he only wants TV. That is why we are moving him to a KVH version of TV-RO at $759.00 each.

Information supplied is incorrect - Zip-TV

AUTHOR: P&L Int. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, October 08, 2010

This customer did order two TV Phase Array systems from P&L Int. one month ago. The manufacturer who supplies our TV antennas is Raysat Antenna. Raysat was purchased by Gilat Satellite Systems at about the same time this customer placed his order. When we place the order for the two antennas from Raysat they did not ship them as quoted to us. We contacted Raysat and they said they no longer sell TV antennas. We contacted the customer and told him that they were no longer available and said we can provide a replacement TV version from KVH at the same price. He accepted the change and we are in the process of fixing the problem.
