For years numerous citizens of Placer County including the cities of Roseville and Auburn have been stating that they are being victimized by malicious false prosecution and abuse of power by the judicial system in Placer County.

It is believed that the conviction rate and sentencing terms for those found guilty in this suspect corrupted county are amongst the highest in the nation.

It is stated by both citizens and victims that the judicial system is one of extortion for profit Vs. Justice.

In reviewing cases and interviewing numerous citizens it has been concluded that the District Attorney's Office and Bradford Fenocchio should be formally investigated.

It is stated by citizens that appropriate action and charges for misconduct and abuse of authority need to be considered.

It is felt that certain individuals within the District Attorneys office and branches of Placer County Law Enforcement should be removed from office and or terminated.

It is alleged that corruption in the Placer County Judicial System runs deep and is widespread.

Notifications have been issued to the California Attorney Generals Office as well as to various offices in the California State Senate and State Assembly.

An "Investigate Placer County" campaign is underway to persuade a formal investigation of The Placer County District Attorney's Office.

This posting and action is for a victim with records and knowledge of incriminating evidence against various officials in Placer County.

It is every citizen's constitutional right to an honest and upstanding judicial system.

It is every citizen's duty to hold government officials accountable for suspect unlawful and unconstitutional conduct.

Our investigations of two years suggest that the majority of citizens that live in and around Placer County feel that they live in a community that prosecutes citizens using unethical and unconstitutional means and abuses its authority.

It is unnerving that the elected members of California's legislation have ignored the complaints of their voters thus far.
