If you send a regular check to make a payment they hold it for 20 days till they post it to you account. Other methods such as phone debit, Western Union ect. these methods charge crazy fees just to make a payment. The problem I have now is Plains Commerce received a bank to bank transfer a week ago. Funds still have not been posted. WHY THE HOLD!!!! this feels a little illegal..
