I have been going through this mess with Plains Commerce Bank now for months. Every month I do not recieve a statement, therefore my bill is late. They have been charging me with late charges and tell me it is not their problem I am not getting a statement. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

I need that statement to number 1 see how much I need to pay
Number 2, I dont memorize address'

And number 3, it is their job to make sure I get my statement bottom line

Something sounds fishy to me about this company and Im not happy

Specially since I have seen other reports filed other places about them...
