Planet Digital, a web design company who also does training and education in Orlando, FL, and is headed up by David Beatriz, is notorious for not paying its employees. It has several employees it owes money to and has yet to pay!

David Beatriz, the owner of the business, is very good about promising to pay, working out payment plans and just about every other payment plan that a ponzi scheme can use to not pay you.

The company, Planet Digital, headed by David Beatriz, had several employees at one point, but now, because of non-payment of employees, is down to him, David Beatriz, and his mother who answers the phones. The sad part is that David doesn't even pay his own mother for working!

He is 45 years old, lives in his mothers house and can event pay the rent at his office building. Currently he is 2 months behind on his office rent and the IRS even has liens against his business.
