Planet Fitness FRAUDULENT BILLING/UNWILLING TO CANCEL OR REFUND Vancouver Washington

Apparently someone signed me up for this gym.  When I discovered their first fraudulent charge, I called and was assured it would be cancelled and my money refunded.  This never happened.

I was not paying close attention and later discovered that they had continued to charge me.  Again I brought it to their attenton. This time I was asked to bring in documentation that my account had been charged so they could "verify" it.  The young many who asked me to do this said their system had recently had a glitch they charged numerous accounts in error.  I took the documentation to the gym as requested.  This was the only time I set foot in a Planet Fitness.

Again I was assured that my membership was cancelled and that Planet Fitness would refund my money.  NEVER HAPPENED.  Many times I called the gym and was told I had to speak to Brea who is/was the manager.  She never took my call nor ever returned it.  Finally I was able to speak to Brea who said she would look into it and cancel my membership so I wasn't charged again.  That was in January.  I was charged in January, February and March!  Three days before I was to be charged again Brea again swore that my membership was cancelled and again, my account was cancelled.

I have done everything requested of me to stop these rip off artists.  I have only set foot in their gym one time to give them some paperwork.  I have NEVER used their facility.  I have now sent information to the area "supervisor" as well as their corporate office -- no response; no refund.

BUYER BEWARE -- do not give your account information or debit card to these people unless you plan to use their facilitly for the remainder of your life. They are unscrupulous and will continues to bill you until the end of time.
