I ordered Rx Phentermine on-line from Planet Generics. Web address as follows, http://www.planetgenerics.net/.
The product was shipped in a small yellow envelope with a baggie inside that enclosed the pills. The envelope was post marked Athens, Greece. The pills were in capsule form 1/2 green and 1/2 white, full of a white powder/grain-like substance, and unmarked. The return address is marked:

I received no response after several attempts to contact the company concerning a refund. It was then I did a little research and found that you can no longer legally buy Phentermine on-line. Buyer beware! I am now out several hundred dollars.
