Planet Tan, McKinney Texas Signed Up For One Month Only, "No Contract". charged for 10 months ! McKinney Texas

I signed up for one month of tanning for the month of June 2013 only. I told the manager that was all I wanted or needed, and that I did not need an ongoing membership. My understanding was that was all I had to pay for, one month of tanning only. I never set foot in the salon again after that.

Recently, checked my Discover Card bill, noticed that I was charged $65.00 in January. I called Planet Tan, and they said it was a "renewal." I asked for them to please remove the charge. I never got relief. I noticed again in March, I was charged $65.00. I called Discover Card and reported Fraud. Discover Card told me  that planet tan had been charging me $65.00 every month since June, for a total of almost $800.00 for a for a service I did not want or use. I tried calling Planet Tan again in March, spoke to a new manager. New manager said they would be taking care of my problem for me. Never got relief, never got reimbursed. This is definitely a rip off, and they are obviously not into serving the customer.
