Complaint Review: PlanetAuthorize
PlanetAuthorize Sale Manager, Salemanager, Planet Authorize Will not release money, HORRID service, overcharges, gateway crashes, worst customer service we have ever experienced Internet
They not only are nearly impossible to contact, but after a year are still holding thousands and thousands of our dollars and even continued to charge us gateway fees after we cancelled our service.
Their gateway consistently crashed, leaving our customers unable to purchase and when this occured, it could take up to a week to even get an answer back from someone. Losing us hundreds of thousands in business.
The owner was traveling out of teh country and had ever excuse in the book. Blaming his horrible wife and their horrible divorce, saying we contacted the wrong people (depsite going as far as calling his home phone to reach someone). I would characterize their lack of response and staff as bad as theft.
DONT EVER GIVE PLANETAUTHORIZE OR SALEMANAGER YOUR BUSINESS.
