I was informed by Plasma Net Inc. on Sept. 5 that I had won 2 one million dollar prizes and one ten thousand dollar prize. Of course, I then submitted my claim for these prizes only to be informed that I had to provide them with the correct "TSN" number.
I mistakingly sent them the PIN number provided in the e-mail. After much head scratching I decided to search my past e-mail to find these TSN numbers. I found two TSN numbers dated in June 2006 and April 2006.
I then resubmitted the claim for the prizes, but according to the "official rules" the prize must be claimed within 30 days of the win date! Of course I have not heard a word from plasmanet since.
I feel this is an injustice and plain unfair to give people the impression that they have won substantial prizes and then not honour their agreements to pay them.

Another winning numbers letter from Plasma Net!!

As mentioned earlier in my original report I had won a substantial amount of money with FreeLotto.com. Today I again received a letter stating I had won a total of $110,300.00! Once again I had received no TSN numbers in order to validate my win.
What is going on here? Does this company feel that they can just prey on innocent people with the promise of free money and then not pay?
Does this company ever intend to honor their agreements? If not I feel they should be sued for breach of contract. I include an example of their e-mail as follows:
