Plasti dipping kings Dontell freemen and Jair freeman We had them out on July 1st, had them do the grill, Chrome around the windows and the rims Within 7 days it started to bubble and peel off. I contacted him on July 8th to have him come fix the issue or refund us in full, he said he would come out on July 13 between 10-11am.  Internet

 We had them out on July 1st, had them do the grill, Chrome around the windows and the rims Within 7 days it started to bubble and peel off. I contacted him on July 8th to have him come fix the issue or refund us in full, he said he would come out on July 13 between 10-11am. He did not show. After some time he finally rescheduled for today (7/16/2017) some time in the early morning. He could not give me a time. I wrote him this morning asking for a time frame and got no response. Wrote him at noon and again no response. Wrote him again at 2pm to thank him again for not showing up.

He finally texted me back and told me that his tech knocked on my door for 20-30 min but no one answered. I then told him I have been home all day and I have 3 large dogs and security camera all over the front of my house. No one has been here today. He said he doesn't care what my cameras show that his tech told him he was here and no one was here to answer the door. [continued below]....

..... I advised him he is more than welcome to come to my home to watch my footage or I would even facetime him so he could watch it from wherever he is at. He refused and said he doesn't have time for that.

The conversation via text got no where and at the end started swearing at me and calling me names. He kept telling me he believes his tech and doesn't care what I say his tech was at my house and no one was home. Mind you at this point I have told him numerous times and in caps that we have been home all day. I even tried to compromise and tell him to refund me all my money except for a $100 to help cover the material he originally used to be nice but he said he doesn't do refunds. Now he is refusing to answer my texts to reschedule for a 3rd time. Buyer beware, he doesn't complete his so called warranty work.
