Plastic Card Experts Horrible Customer Service & Poor Quality Products!  Internet

Worst online sales transaction EVER experienced. I wish I had researched this company before placing my order. There are several negative reviews online and numerous BBB complaints against Plastic Card Experts.

Robert Jussaume is the only person at Plastic Card Experts, and he is by no means an expert in printing. He runs his so-called business out of a tiny apartment in Los Angeles. He has no actual printing facility and outsources everything to Hong Kong which takes three times as long to receive items. I'm all for a small businessman trying to make a go of it, but if you habitually lie to customers and provide poor quality products, then you need to close shop (if you actually had one).

After countless emails and phone calls for my order, I finally received my order a month later than promised and it was completely unusable due to the poor quality. Robert Jussaume promised to reprint the order on several occasions in writing via email, but the replacement product never came.

My credit card company did a chargeback and I received a full credit, but I wanted to spare others from this ordeal. AVOID THIS MERCHANT AT ALL COSTS!
