Platepass Sneaky, Shady, Scam Internet

This company charged me $13.20 for 4 tolls @ .80 and $10 rental.  It was in our Hertz rental that we booked in Chicago.  We never used their service, yet, there was the charge.  We paid cash for each toll we went thru.  When I called to dispute the charges, I was told that I had to produce toll receipts for proof that I paid.  Now, they know that the majority of the tolls in Chicago are not manned and those that are, you do not get a receipt unless you ask for one.  When you are on vacation, you usually don't ask for a receipt.  Each time I asked to speak to a supervisor, they were either on the phone - they don't have VM either evidently - or in a meeting and would call me back.  I told her that was what they were trained to say and I knew it b/c I worked in a call center for 5 years.  There is always a Supervisor available.  They just hope you'll get frustrated and hang up on them and then they record how rude you were.  Been there, done that!  Never will again!
After insiting that I produce receipts, and after insisting I didn't have any because I was on vacation and paid cash, the call was ended.  I called my CC company and they immediately refunded my $13.20.  Seems this is not the first time this company has done this.  I will never:
1.  Use Priceline to rent a vehicle again
2.  Use Hertz Car Rental
3.  Not get a receipt for anything in my life ever again!
