November 20, 2016, Platinum Limousine Service was hired to pick up my son, daughter-in-law, and me from DCA Airport and drive us to each of our homes, mine in District Heights, MD and my son in Brandywine, MD.  Mr. Robert Barnes was sent as the Driver. 

When Mr. Barnes arrived to pick us up, he did not get out of the SUV to open the door and/or place our bags in the vehicle.  Once we were on our way, Mr. Barnes asked my son to use his phone to use the GPS to look for a gas station.  Once we were at the gas station, Mr. Barnes counted out $9.00 to fill up an almost empty SUV, which would have to take us to our destinations (miles apart from each other).  My son was worried that we would be stranded and gave him $20.00 to put in the tank.  While putting gas in the SUV, Mr. Barnes left the pump in the tank with the motor running and went to the bathroom (we were in the vehicle). 

After he finished, Mr. Barnes pulled off and began talking on his cell phone in a personal conversation, and asking my son for directions to my house.  Once we reached my house, I made Mr Barnes get my bags out of the vehicle and he sat them on the side of the road.  Later, when my son and his wife reached their house, my son called me to let me know that Mr. Barnes did not get out of the vehicle or take their bags out of the vehicle. 

On Tuesday, November 22, 2016, I spoke with Cindra from Platinum (no answer on Monday) to file a complaint.  She said they had just hired Mr. Barnes the day before and he was an Uber driver with lots of complaints.  She assured me she would report it to the Owner and call me back about a no charge.  The next day the charge appeared on my credit card and no one ever called me back.  This is a rip off company.
