Platinum Roadside Service PRA; Platinum Roadside Assistance; EC 877-881-5893 UNATHORIZED ACH DEBIT FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT Cheyenne, Wyoming

I discovered an ACH Debit of $29.86 in my checking account on 10/19/11 and tried to call the phone number listed with the debit.  The number is for EC processing, who claims to process payments for "Platinum Roadside Assistance", which is supposed to be a service to assist you if you have roadside troubles.   I have not knowingly authorized this charge, and I cannot get in touch with the company to dispute it.  I only get an answering machine at the number given to me by EC Processing, 866-903-9772.  I found the company on the internet under the name of Platinum Roadside Services, and I sent an email to their 'contact us" link.  I have not yet heard back from them.  The only risky activity I can think of that would have exposed me is making a payday loan online, where I have to give out banking information.  Regardless, this may be a recurring charge, so I may have to close my bank account to stop this.
