Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They need to go to jail for being such thieves. HELP... Any attorney - Let's see about a class action suit - Mr. Anthony Hodel, CEO, does not need to be in Bermuda with our money... he needs to be in jail for being such a thief.
They operate like snakes... take your money for these warranties and then don't pay up. I paid them and then the dealer nor I could find them when it was time to pay up. He and all of his cohorts need to be jailed.

I feel bad for Anthony Hodel he is getting accused and labeled. He is a man of his word and fought hard and fearlessly to repair the companies issues. I worked as a claims adjuster for 6 years there. I have seen so many dealer and customer claims and scams it made me sick.
American's don't care what happens to a company as long as their claim is paid. Dealers are scum and file false reports to make sure they are making money. As a customer they sure want everything paid for.. but the minute something isn't covered they cry rip off or go to court. JUST OPEN YOUR EYES LOOKS AT BANKS, AUTO INDUSTRY, etc.... WE ARE IN DEEP TROUBLE KIDS!!
When we went to court to defend out contract when we won we didn't win. Legal fees
upward $20,000 over a $400.00 part! So if you approve everything you close your doors if you go to court you spend other good policy income.
So Anthony Hodel you fought long and hard to keep jobs and keep good dealers and customers happy.. Its sad that the real crooks aren't on here!
